1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your order if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Prescription medications that have been opened, personal care items that have been used, and products without original packaging are not eligible for refunds.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team at support@esiomed.co.ke or call +254 700 000 000 with your order number and reason for the refund. Include photos of any damaged items.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days via M-Pesa to the phone number used for payment.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
