How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and pay via M-Pesa. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept M-Pesa payments. An STK push will be sent to your phone during checkout for secure and instant payment.

How long does delivery take?

Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for orders placed before 2 PM. Other regions take 1-5 business days depending on location.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.

Do I need a prescription for certain medicines?

Yes, some medicines require a valid prescription. These are marked with an "Rx" badge. You can upload your prescription during checkout or contact our pharmacist.
