By accessing and using Esio Med, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

We sell pharmaceutical products, health supplements, and personal care items. Some products require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We accept M-Pesa payments. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within Kenya. Delivery times vary by location. Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for orders placed before 2 PM.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Esio Med is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
